9-Day Silent Retreat with Patrick Kearney & Robyn Gibson (with 3 day option available)
16th - 25th August 2024, Pallotti College, Yarra Valley Practising mindfulness allows us to become intimate with our moment-to-moment experience in ways that are not possible in the chaos of our everyday lives. In this retreat we will explore intimacy – and what this intimacy reveals – through the two practice perspectives of serenity and insight, and how we can weave these two together in the movement towards liberation. Patrick and Robyn will conduct one-to-one interviews together. The interviews are an opportunity for introducing a more objective, external view on how your practice is developing; in this way, they help you fine-tune your practice. Pallotti College is nestled in the foothills of Mt Donna Buang, and offers a peaceful rural environment, stunning views overlooking the Yarra Valley and surrounding mountains, and ideal conditions for deep contemplative practice. The retreat includes:
