Melbourne Insight Meditation Group (MIM) is a community of meditators
practicing in the tradition of Insight (Vipassana) Meditation. We aim to
support each other and develop our practice. We welcome beginners or
experienced meditators to join us. |

When and Where
Weekly Sitting GroupsAll levels of are experience welcome, no previous training needed and guidance is offered. Meditation cushions are provided.Each session includes:• Sitting meditation • Walking meditation • Occasional dharma talks with guest teachers • Group discussion/sharing with tea
Please note: The
meditation practice may not be suitable for those who have experienced
psychosis or who are currently experiencing acute depression. If in doubt,
please seek advice from a psychologist or psychiatrist. |
