Melbourne Insight Meditation
About
Melbourne Insight Meditation (MIM) is a community of meditators practicing in the tradition of Insight (Vipassana) Meditation. We aim to support each other and develop our practice. We offer weekly guided meditation sits on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and meditation retreats and workshops throughout the year. We welcome beginners or experienced meditators to join us. Acknowledgement of Country Melbourne Insight Meditation acknowledges the Traditional Owners of country throughout Australia. We recognise sovereignty was never ceded and the continuing connection of indigenous peoples to land, waters and community. We pay our respects to Indigenous people, their cultures, and to elders past, present and emerging. |
